acne free in 3 days reviews

|
Anyone having severe acne might not get the opportunity to resolve the problem in a short time even if the popular e-book “Acne free in 3 days” is tested, it may not help much. It is seen to resolve the acne infections of skin only if it is moderate and mild. I did not find anything extra-ordinary in the method and the title is an obvious misleading one because it suggests that an amazing discovery has been conducted by the author Chris Gibson and it has got a revolutionary secret. In the name of scientifically proved secret Chris has introduced “apple fast” which can not be considered as a secret. Any health conscious person expected to be aware about the advantage of apple fasting. That is why, the question arouse my mind that what is Chris Gibson’s discovery and secret in the whole program?

If the main concept of the book based on Apple fast which has never been a secret, what is the point of reading a book written by a non-professional person who has got no academic knowledge except personal experience of having acne that made his life miserable? If the author’s intention was just to share experiences, he should not have given such a deceptive title of his book instead it should have been stated clearly what is the in the content of it. Not only in the title, but also the sales pages of it has several testimonials and the program is described on TV and newspapers as well.

It is true that an apple fast is beneficiary to anyone’s health and there are some scientific factors that resulted to reduce acne but what Chris has done is naming the scientific factor as his own discovery and claiming such an ambitious result like it will help you to get rid of acne and he is making money and business out of it. Only for the sake of business he claims that this process will resolve the acne problem whereas it could only help you to a certain extent to reduce your mild infections and it might not work at the same extent for those who are suffering from severe acne. Again the apple fast does not remove acne permanently; through this process you can avoid acne for couple of weeks. Only very few fortunate sufferer could get rid of acne permanently by adopting the process instructed in the book. So, the claim certainly is not applicable for all which should have been mentioned by the author to avoid any kind of deception.

The scientific studies say that only apple fast may not have the desired result rather it requires combination of other detoxes and methods to get the true result. Any method introduced in the book is already there in the medical field and widely tested by mass people. So, it would be worthless to follow instruction from such a book.
