Acne is a skin disease. It affects the sebaceous gland. These glands produce an oily secretion. If there are little black spots on the face, it indicates that the mouth of small sebaceous ducts chocked with dusts or dirt. Sometime hard pimples show the blackheads on the top. Little pustules surrounded by a degree of inflammation.

Acne occurs on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and sometimes on the upper arms. It is like pimples or deep lumps. All aged people are affected by it but most of the case the common face for acne is the teenagers. It is easily identifiable from the presence of the spot. There are hundreds of brands available in the market as Aloe gels, Aloe Creams or Aloe lotions which are not very expensive and are easy to use. However, it is recommended to use fresh and raw Aloe extract.
There are some other types of home remedies also that can be practiced for the removal of acne. But one should keep in mind that acne removal will take time. He must have patience after using home remedies. One must use these home remedies regularly to get fruitful result from acne treatment. Thus one will be able to lead an acne free life.
